What is the fastest you can turn around the media for my listing?
Turnaround depends on the size of the property and the amount of media being produced. Larger homes and packages with more deliverables naturally require a bit more editing time. We prioritize efficiency and aim to deliver within the timelines listed on each package, located above this section — and often sooner whenever possible.
Do you travel outside your service area? And if so, do you charge travel fees?
Yes! We're happy to travel. Shoots within the Central Okanagan [Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country] are included in original package prices. Properties outside the core service area may have a travel fee applied.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand things come up! Just give us 24 hours notice, or as much time as reasonably possible, and we'll happily reschedule. Last minute cancellations may be subject to small cancellation fees.
Do you charge based on square footage?
Yes, all pricing is based on packages first, then adjusted for property size. Larger homes require more time and resources, so rates are tiered fairly by square footage.
How will I receive the photos and videos?
Every project is delivered in a sleek, website-style gallery link. This makes it easy to download, share, or embed your property media in MLS listings and social media. You'll also have easy access to your secure online payment area from this link.
What forms of payment do you except?
We accept secure payments through Square (credit and debit cards) as well as e-transfers or cash. Invoices are sent digitally, making checkout quick and convenient.
What if the weather is bad on shoot day?
We’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust the shoot. Some services (like drone or twilight shots) may be weather-dependent.
